Aanḵáawu means “king” in Tlingit language. This royal design uses a vintage, earlier (3rd) generation Eames designed DCM (Dining Chair Metal) produced by Herman Miller. The hand painted totem design includes a graphic design inspired by The anatomy of the DCM itself. The bold, all black design is painted on both seating surfaces of the chair.
